Legacy URLs MUST be kept

Hey team,

I noticed that links like

https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/results/c.php?form=Registration+Form&competitionId=CamarmaOpen2016

and

https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/results/c.php?list=List+of+Registered+Competitiors&competitionId=CamarmaOpen2016

are not being redirected to the new Rails routes. This is a problem
that uncountable third-party websites can be experimenting. Redirecting
them is in your to-do list, isn't it? :D

Thanks for the heads up, Luis! I've implemented this here: https://github.com/jfly/worldcubeassociation.org/commit/802f32dd85dbbde1900e496365d0a0d053f7f03e. This is part of my changes to get rid of c.php and competition.php for good. I hope to push that change live this week (maybe tonight or tomorrow!).
