Adding Non-Competing Registrations

Hi Team,

First, sorry for adding multiple recipients, but I'm unsure about the right workflow to ask for help for this kind of situation. I'd appreciate it if you could guide me on this or forward the email to the corresponding team.

I'd like to ask for help on adding Non-Competing Registrations to the Colombian Nationals Eje Cafetero 2025 to properly configure assignments in the Delegate Dashboard. I first tried manually adding a registration and then canceling the entry, but I'm not able to do so (I did it with  2023ORTI21 Ana Victoria Beltrán Ortiz). Now, I saw the option to add Non-Competing Staff, but I'm not sure how to add people who have never registered for a competition.

So, I'd request help for 2 things:

- How can I delete 2023ORTI21 Ana Victoria Beltrán Ortiz's entry to add her as a non-competing staff member

- How can we add a non-competing staff member who has never been registered in the WCA?

Hi Juan,

I'm liaising with Cailyn (who maintains Delegate Dashboard) to confirm what level of support is available here. 

I can tell you that the non-competing staff member will at the very least have to create a WCA account - but it shouldn't be an issue if they're never attended a competition (ie, they don't have a WCA ID).

Hi, 

I have a staff member who is not participating.

What I did was create a WCA account for her and, in Groupifier, I add her and assign the role she will fulfill through her name.

To make the search easier, I have added her first and last names. So far, this has worked for the scoretaker role, which is mainly why I did this.
