Register problem

Dear Softwareteam,

My name is Daniël Kassab (WCA id 2012kass01) and I have problems with my account. I had claimed my WCA id 2012kass01 successfully but when I want to register for a competition with my account I can't click any events I like to participate. I tried to register on a other pc but I got the same bug.

An other problem I have is that my account does't show my other upcoming competition that I'm going to compete (Tulip Open 2016). It shows only my past competitions. I am in the list of registered competitors for Tulip Open 2016. My wca id is also on that list.

Could you help me fix this problem

Hi Daniël,

Do you mean that after you have registered at the competition, you can't change your events? This is intentional, and in order to change events you need to contact an organizer/delegate.

Or do you mean that during the registration you can't specify any events? Which browser and OS do you use then?

Regarding the second part, about the "My competitions" page, you probably registered for Tulip Open before we were using the accounts, so that registration is not connected to your account. Therefore, it will not appear in that page, but the registration is still valid, if you check the competition page.
