new stat idea

Dear All,

Now that Sébastien hit the historic 10.000th solve milestone, I though it would make sense to implement this statistic on the website too. It could be the overall top10 people listed on the website. 

What do you think?

Hi,

I'm working on porting the PHP code of the stats page over to Rails. Once this is done, I indeed want to implement the new stats idea. I can't give any estimates on when I'm finished since I mostly have only weekends to work on it. So, if anyone wants to add it to the PHP code: Go ahead, you wouldn't get in my way.

It's certainly possible, but I don't want to spend my time on throwaway work like that. If someone else is interested, they're welcome to go ahead.

Hm, I had a quick look at the code and it looked like an easy change for me, so I gave it a try (pull request is already sent).

I will let Jeremy judge if my PR makes sense or not. :P
