Board/Lucas,

I have just noticed the issue, Skewb only generates scrambles with length of 9 moves. (#156) on the tnoodle's github. The scrambler I used generated only 9 moves for all the scrambles. And these are the scrambles that I used at Telesis Open 2014.

I just wanted to bring it to your notice to know if we used invalid scrambles for the event.

Also there are going to be two competitions in India tomorrow. Both the competitions have Square-1 and one of them has Skewb events. (ccing Mande, the delegate for the other comp) Should we continue to use the same scrambler that I used for Telesis Open 2014?

I built the scrambler used for Telesis Open 2014 from the tag v0.8.0-india

Thanks,
Shanmukh.

Just a clarification, I don't have skewb in my comp.  But should I use 0.7.12 for the scrambles, or use the thing Shanmukh built?

Please use 0.7.12 if you need to generate scrambles now. There's a decent change we'll have TNoodle 0.8.0 ready by the weekend, save the URL for generating scrambles so you can easily regenerate with 0.8.0.

I think you should give this one a try: http://ruwix.com/puzzle-scramble-generator/?type=skewb
