the WCA Scrambler team is currently having problems with TNoodle and will hopefully release today or if not, send instructions for a workaround. I suggest to generate all other scrambles already using the current official version.

The scrambler I used to generate scrambles for skewb can be found here. We should be using the same scrambler for square-1 as the filtering changed. The same is available in v0.8.0-india

Please use the scrambler from https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/scrambles/ for all events other than skewb and square-1.

I did now generate the scrambles for Duisburg Winter 2014. I had several problems and eventually found out that the 4x4x4 initialization in the 0.8.0-india version was broken. I ended up by generating SQ1 and Skewb only with the 0.8.0-india version and everything else with the current official version 0.7.12.

i will prepare the scramble for Skewb using the 0.8.0-india and the other events using the TNoodler 0.7.12.

i have tried the scrambler, and learn to scramble the Skewb too. i am ready for the Skewb competition! hehehe

4x4x4 initialization being broken is news to me. It has been working during my testing this week. Are there any error messages you got that you could send me?

Nope. It just got stuck during initialization for about an hour, while it took only 5 minutes with 0.7.12, even though I deleted all ressource files before.

They are random-state, which also means they are shorter.
