Deprecating wca-compmanager, wca-scrambler, and wca-website

Hey all,

wca-compmanager and wca-scrambler don't receive much traffic, and wca-website oftentimes recieves the wrong kind of traffic (which keeps it from being a public newgroup). Other projects such as the WCA workbook assistant have not had any email list for discussion. In the interest of keeping things simple and reducing fragmentation, I've decided to deprecate the wca-* mailing lists in favor of a public soft...@worldcubeassociation.org (aka: wca-so...@googlegroups.com) mailing list. Anyone is welcome to join, but I've taken the liberty of adding everyone from the various wca-* mailing lists.

I've changed https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/contact/website to point at con...@worldcubeassociation.org, which currently forwards to the board, the leader of the results team (Sébastien), myself (newly minted leader of the WCA website team), Jim (just because), and Lucas (he asked to be on it). If you want to be added to the contact@ mailing list, and deal with all the associated emails, please email con...@worldcubeassociation.org. It is my hope to keep the number of people on contact@ small, as it often receives emails of a sensitive nature.

Technical discussions and questions about any WCA software should now take place on soft...@worldcubeassociation.org (aka: wca-so...@googlegroups.com).
