What's the 'best economy' and who's the 'best handler'? 

None of the above...Aquinomics is still Arroyonomics.

In today's paper, former PGMA's recently released article entitled, "It's the Economy, Student!" was featured. It boasted the kind of economy that she turned over to the Aquino administration with a 7.9% growth rate and the economic wonders she did for the Philippines. 

The Palace responded by saying that the growth Arroyo left behind is 'noninclusive'. According to the PNoy administration, economy now is focused on equitable growth rather than mere growth.
