Ypsilanti City Council Approves Completing Forest Avenue Bike Lane

A huge “thank you” to all who attended the City Council meeting, the earlier City Planning Commission meeting, or contacted City Council/Planning Commission members on this subject. PS - The Ann Arbor News story quotes someone making the statement on "whether the city needs a second east-west bike lane. One is in place on Cross, just a few blocks south." This is not true. Cross Street between Prospect and River Streets does not have any dedicated bike lanes, just a wide painted parking area line on the north side of Cross.
