Rest: I manage to get the venue to include their special QianLong Cocktail as one of the coupon drink. The coupon can also change to either a glass of house white/red or soft drink (no beer I'm afraid... I demand better!) I will sort out the coupon myself
The venue has two floors & they will be open for us to utilise. Ground floor plus spillage to the street can hold 80 but I manage to get them to open the basement just in case.Also there is bar snack people can order via the... Bar.
Can I get some of the committee team to arrive a touch early just in case. All of your help is much appreciated.
The early bird tix is all gone. Those who paid on the door will be £10. We got to recoup some of the expense.
