Three agenda points I would ask you Riz please to cover in my absence that we (and Amira) have previously discussed:

 

1/ Promoting Events:

Just a reminder that the newsletter goes out around the 25^th of each month so to potentially feature any London events we need them up on event-brite so I can copy/use text and add to main Warwick/WBS events pages. Got quiz event Riz will add that one in.

 

2/ Meeting rooms:

Confirmation of dates ref booking rooms at Arup

 

3/Committee meetings- access to Shard post November
