It was great to meet our 3 new members last night and sorry that Sarah and I had to rush off.
Paul personal thanks from me for all the massive hard work you have put into being vice-chair over the years I am so glad you are staying on to support the committee for a while yet!
Amira many thanks for hosting us last night – both my and Sarah’s first time at Microsoft and we are delighted that you are taking up Paul’s mantel.
Riz- I know you are sending out the minutes but just some housekeeping points that I mentioned:
1 MoA’s for new volunteers
The attached is data protection and university protocol agreement (otherwise referred to as the MoA) which we need you to sign to act officially as a volunteer ambassador for the University.
Claudia, Abiola and Abhi can you all sign the attached MoA
For reference when you sign the form your ID numbers are:

Yemisi Ajayi A1056586 OR Oluwatosin Ajayi A0959287- apologies but I haven’t had any email contact directly from you and so difficult to determine which of these is your full name as both Sarah and I have written down ‘Abiola’ at the meeting.

Riz either with the minutes or at a later date please can you send me round a list of all current members please.
2 The Shard
As I mentioned we hope to have use of the Shard offices (16th floor) from October but currently can’t be sure when it will be ready. WBS will want to organise an official soft launch –again I can’t confirm when yet. Room layout wise the plan is to have 2/3 small b/out rooms (not sure of size), 2 classroom style rooms of 60 to 80 which will open out to accommodate a large space to take 150-200 for a standing reception.
3 Next event- 3 July -We were hoping to send someone from Warwick to the next event but there is a big team meeting all day that everyone has to attend so it’s unlikely we’ll be able to be at this. I can speak with Claudie and see if she is free to go along.
