Please find below key highlights for Flash Sale plan from Sep 13 to Sep 30, detailed information is available here

1. Slot Allocation (slot/ batch): 13 Sep - 30 Sep

***Note: Following FS 50K push, Shocking Deals will be changed as below

- Change Shocking Deals 0-9am mechanics from 50% off (Mall SKUs only) to Free shipping from 50k (FS 50k SKUs only) - effective Sep 13
- Sep 8 & Sep 9: keep everything per planned as we already have 30-40% skus from FS 50k sellers in the current pool
- Sep 10 - Sep 12: keep the current deals submitted by BD but create a temporary tab called "Free shipping from 50k"

2. Add-on Deals:

• Launching date: Monday - Sep 16
• Message: Mua kèm deal 0đ
• Slot alloation: 20 items/batch: allocate based on Add-On Sale Contribution: FMCG 14, Lifestyle = EL = Fashion = 2
• Time slot: 1 batch/day (9h-13h), all days/week. 
• Gdoc for submission: Link
• Deadline for submission: 6PM D-3 (working day)
• Requirements: 
• Follow FS SOP
• Promo Price: <= lowest price in last 7 days (include Platform FS)

BPNS gửi boosting mapping cho vị trí đầu tiên các slot FS Brand day từ 13/09 - 30/09 Here

Nhờ team lưu ý prioritize cho các slot này.

Tiêu chí sắp xếp brand được boosting 1st:

Step1: Dựa vào bussiness model:

Chia đều các khung hot traffic cho các brand và ưu tiên Retail các khung hot đầu ngày (0h/9h), MKP khung hot cuối ngày (20h) để tận dụng Shopee 4h.

Nếu tất cả đều là Retail hoặc đều là MKP, dựa vào loại package để chia

 

Step 2: Dựa vào loại campaign:

Sắp xếp thêm vào các khung 13h và 16h theo ưu tiên

Brand Day > Teasing Special/ Teasing SBD > Các slot hỗ trợ thêm

 

Step 3: Dựa vào loại package:

Sắp xếp thêm vào các khung 13h và 16h theo ưu tiên

Champion > Mua lẻ 

Lưu ý:

+ Boosting Batch là batch brand được boosting đầu tiên. 

+ Nếu không submit deal vào khung được boosting thì mặc định mất khung được boosting.
