[FREESHIP XTRA Package] Free Trial Program for Sellers Mar 16 2020

Hi all, 

Below are updates on Free Trial Program for Sellers on this Mar .  

1. Target Sellers.

• New Preferred Sellers on Mar & selected Longtail seller. List seller: Link  ( Data will be updated by EOD 13 Mar)
• Longtail seller criteria:
  - ADO range (Feb): 0.5->3
  - No of live SKUs: > 20
  - Penalty point: <3.
  

2. Opt in and Opt Out Timeline

• Opt In: 16 Mar 
• Opt Out: 31 Mar -  After the free trial ends, if sellers wish to cancel the package, they should request using the weekly form and will be back to platform-MBS 
• Deadline cancel free trial program: 12 PM Mar 31th.

Note: During 16-31 Mar, in case seller wants to quit free trial, they can request cancel any time they want .

3. Key notes.

• New PreS on Mar & selected Longtail seller will have 2-week-free trial for once during this month. 
• Each seller can only join free trial one time.
  
• Visibility-wise: Seller join free trial will have Freeship Xtra overlay, can be reached through Freeship Xtra filter, campaign and have the same benefits as package sellers, each cat please still assign PIC for this program.

4. Comms plan.

After aligned with CX,  Plan & checklist are updated as below:

Note:  

 - PN link to LP with all details (benefit, cancel instruction,...), terms and conditions: will be updated later.

 - Cancel form has switched to Survey Gizmo. Link Gizmo will auto trace userID of the current account submitting that form:  Link will be updated later.

4.2 Check list

5. Action needed:  

@CX team: please support comms as planned and follow checklist above

@Payment team: Support set up commission follow the checklist above.

@GD Team: pls help to design for LP (will be similar to previous LP of FS Xtra). We need this LP by EOD 12 Mar. Brief tại Link
