Hi all, I'm Viet, a new member of the Feature Management team. As I will take over the seller voucher feature starting August, I will support @Thanhxuan Dang during July. 


Features Management Team (FM) would like to inform you that data for Seller Voucher will be emailed daily for BD team starting next Monday.

 

1. Situation:

  • Seller Voucher is one of the strategic features for Shopee at the moment and has proven impact to increase item’s sales.

  • Currently, there are nearly 90K seller vouchers created by over 40K sellers monthly, covering ~9% ADO. We need to push to reach 15.5% ADO by the end of the year as aligned with BD.

  • However, BD were not able to approach this resource to export the top performing seller voucher deals & leverage in BAU activities.

2. Solution: Data for Seller Voucher will be emailed daily for BD team starting tomorrow, to help BD get the resource of seller voucher deals with ease, thus, quickly apply for your BAU campaigns.

  • Data includes all seller voucher items live from D-1, D-Day and the next 15 days (For example, the file you receive on Jul 6 will cover the period between Jul 5 - Jul 21), with Deals info: Sellers ID, ItemsID, PromotionID, Livetime...

  • Email's time sent: Daily morning, including Sat & Sun.

  • Email recipients : Here. Please let me know if you would like to remove/add people into this list. Recipients should commit not to leak the data they received.

  • From Jul 6: Group CAT PIC will receive data of their groupCAT.

  • Email title:  Seller_Voucher_GROUPCAT_Daily data YYYY-MM-DD.

  • The guideline for the data can be found in Vietnames here and in English here , attached to the daily email too. Please let us know if you need any clarification or support regarding this guideline. 

Please note that: Data will have a 1-day gap with real-time, so please double check your collection before going live (for example, checking if the voucher are all claimed or not)
