Seller type: Preferred Seller

Potential fraud type: Order Brushing/ Abuse free shipping

Details behavior:

- Seller maitrans2 and group buyers (xuantrandyx, thaotruccccc, cntp123..) created fake orders to raise shop ratings, give good comments and abuse shipping fees.

- Before, seller maitrans2 had been warned by PN on 14/06/2018 for fraud freeshipping fee

- Seller had the same violation behaviors at others accounts: tetsale001, muaxuancoemx, flashtocdo, doandinhkhanh, khanhtrangnhung, cuahangthogau, sulichlamcuadanong, oraganic.vn, kimlanh2121, quochoat3920, nhanphuoc612...

Suggestion: Suggest to BAN sellers. No Appeal.
