Dear BD teams,

Please take a look at the final Official Shop Keyword List that is removed all general keywords (370 shops have no reserved keywords). Due to still many BD members have not been forwarded this information, the timeline for uploading the completed file will be delayed to 15/11 (Fri).

Please notice and take action as below:

1/ BD teams please review and feedback here (at column A) by 10:00 AM - 15 Nov

2/ The final file will be sent to SOS for uploading to the system at 12:00 PM - 15 Nov

3/ The new process for OS keyword list starts from 11/11/2019

- After 15/11, you can still submit a request to add shops and corresponding reserved keywords according to the procedure below.

Please note that there are 2 Off-Mall and 367 shops is blank (which are highlighted) after removing general keywords in the updated OS keyword list (file attached).

Just a quick clarification, all related questions/concerns regarding this process (i.e. Mall/OS reserved keyword registration and Shop Ads), please contact chị @Ellen Shopee from now on. 

SOS will only be in charge of uploading the final list from QC

=> Meaning timeline, process adjustment, rules / guidelines, keyword dispute between CAT PICs, etc., chị Ellen (or Paid Ads team) will be the contact point for information.

After BDs checking, Paid Ads Team has added some reserved keywords which are suitable with the criteria as your feedback, other keywords in the column A  (BD feedback) will not be added since they are general keywords (see details here).

There are 297 shops which are highlighted still have no reserved keywords, please start with the new procedure OS keyword list updating if you want to add reserved keywords for them.

+Baothy Tat please help us upload the final OS Keyword List on the system (file attached) and we will use this one from now on,
