Rob Carlson Benefit Street

I'm Class of '65 so I was no longer in Providence when the Benefit Street band was the hottest band in town.  But last night I heard the 2012 version of Paul & Rob's group at a club in Hamden, CT. 

If you're anywhere near where they are playing, go see them.  They're not just good, they're very good.

Thank you and Bev for coming - and for the compliments. I am so happy you were there and enjoyed it. At this stage, while it would be nice if something bigger happened, we're doing it for the joy of doing it and for what we can bring to people, and you and the rest of our family and friends truly made it a fun night. I hope we can do more for more people as we keep going forward.

And we'll insist on a sound check BEFORE the gig begins next time!
