The changes to the NDIS Act start tomorrow, Thursday 3rd October 2024.

SWAN have written an article on our website summarising the changes, to help you understand what they mean for you.  The most important change is to what NDIS funding can and cannot be spent on.  There is a list of permitted supports and banned supports.  You can find the full lists here.

The NDIA has a summary of the changes to the NDIS Act on their website.

Make sure that you check out the article on our website about the changes, then have a read of the full lists on the NDIS website.
