Hi,
Brian came in last week to discuss a visit to Manjimup at the end of November – early December to discuss his role with KnowMore and the redress scheme.
The idea is that he would come in on a Wednesday to talk a little bit to the clients who attend Wacky Wednesday but then in the afternoon have a session with agencies so that we can provide clients with information about the redress scheme and how KnowMore can help.
It would be great if you can attend in person and share this with your professional contacts that might need the information to help community members.
Kind Regards

Hello Claire,
Thanks for speaking with me earlier. As mentioned, my name is Brian Toigo and I am one of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Advisors here at Knowmore Legal Service. Knowmore Legal Service is a Not For Profit Service.
Knowmore Legal Service provides free independent, legal advice and support to survivors of child sexual abuse as well as support to our stolen generation survivors, who may also be eligible for the Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme.
We are a trauma informed, culturally safe, multi-disciplinary team made up of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Advisors, Lawyers, Social Support Workers and Financial Counsellors.
We are planning on coming to Manjimup and Collie either, in the last week of November or the first week of December (tbc). If you would like for our team to come in and present to you, or any members of your staff, please get back to us.
Please find attached some facts sheets in this email for you to read and/or distribute. Happy to discuss further if you would like. Can you please send me a quick reply just to confirm you received this email.
