How to Plan Your Calendar for a Wildly Successful Law Firm

Thursday, October 23
12PM - 1PM on Zoom

With Guest Speaker:

  • Nermin Jasani, Owner of Wildly Successful Law Firm

Ever wished for more hours in the day?  Between court, clients, and management time often feels like a fleeting commodity. Make decisions from a position of strength not fear. Learn the basics of a monthly review of your calendar to optimize your business so that you run your law firm and the law firm does not run you.

This review helps lawyers step out of the fire hose and actually see what is working in their practice, what isn’t and what adjustments to make – before burnout takes over.  Ms. Jasani will go over some of the key concepts of what needs to be considered for business planning, so attendees walk away with something tangible that they can use right away.
