IHC Lunch & Learn Series: Corporate Transparency Act ("CTA")

Hi ladies,

I hope everyone is having a great week thus far and that everyone is enjoying their summer. This is a reminder that next week, the IHC will host its second virtual Lunch & Learn event Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 12:30 to 1:30! This event is going to focus on the Corporate Transparency Act ("CTA"), which most corporations must comply with by January 1, 2025. I don't know how many of you have delved into the land of the CTA yet, but it's confusing and I am personally very excited to have someone help me navigate how to comply. Our guest speaker is Lane Watson, a partner at Day Pitney.
