Full Time Senior Level Corporate Attorney Position

Good morning, ladies:

We hope everyone's new year is off to a great start! Julia recently learned about an in-house position and thought we would share it with the group in case anyone is looking to make a move. The following is a description of the position:

Their need is for a full-time senior-level Corporate attorney who knows SEC rules and filing front to back.   They will need at least 10 years of experience in firms or in-house doing this as their primary focus.  They will be tasked with drafting and filing the 10ks, 10Q, working through board issues, reviewing pressers as well as any other typical responsibilities a corporate compliance attorney might do for a public company.  They need to be Bar admitted and active in any State.
