Hi ladies,

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I am writing to advise that Planned Parenthood of Massachusetts (PPLM) is looking for General Counsel. The General Counsel will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to various laws and regulations governing exempt organizations, such as 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities. This includes federal, state/local, and international tax laws, as well as regulations concerning campaign finance, lobbying, fundraising, and corporate governance. Operating in a rapidly evolving environment, the General Counsel will need to efficiently provide counsel and service to internal stakeholders as well as oversight on critical programs and processes essential to the agency's mission spanning across multiple departments and functions.
