We hope you're all doing well and are having a great week thus far. I wanted to send a quick note to remind folks of a few upcoming events!

• WBA Annual Meeting: This year's annual meeting is taking place on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 5:30 pm at Suffolk Law located at 120 Tremont Street, Boston, MA. You can register today here. The meeting will take place for the first hour and then there will be a reception and networking. Don't forget to vote as well! 
  
  
• IHC Save the Date! We are putting together a virtual event on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 6:00 pm with DocJuris to discuss the Opportunities and Perils of Using Artificial Intelligence in legal practice. This event will build off the great two-part series that the WBA's Solo and Small Firm has put together on the Basics of AI (the second part will take place on February 29, 2024 at noon via Zoom). Registration isn't open quite yet, but please mark your calendar so you can attend.

Julia and I are also working on putting together an event focused on Lawyer Well Being with the SJC so stay tuned to learn more about that as well.

If there are additional topics that folks are interested in learning about or events that they would like to see the IHC host or sponsor, please reach out! We'd love to hear from you and make this Google Group a space where everyone can engage together.

• TONIGHT!  Register today to join the International Women's Day Celebration with the Boston Club!  Celebrate with The Boston Club and Ernst & Young (EY) as they #InspireInclusion for International Women’s Day 2024. As leaders, the Boston Club understands that when we can inspire others to value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there is a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.  Each of the panelists for this event has a compelling story of Inspiring Inclusion in women of all ages in the areas of sports, arts, healthcare, and leadership. Join us to hear their stories, learn how you can Inspire Inclusion, and network with attendees from The Boston Club and EY. The panelists for the evening are:

• Next Thursday, March 14, 2024: The WBA Annual Meeting is next Thursday starting at 5:30 p.m. at Suffolk Law, 120 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02108. The WBA is pleased to welcome Representative Brandy Fluker Oakley as this year's Keynote Speaker! Register here today! 
  • 5:30PM - 6:00PM: Annual Meeting (Open to WBA Members Only)
  • 6:00PM - 7:30PM: Reception, Keynote Speaker & Networking (All are welcome!)
  • Electronic voting for the New WBA Board of Directors & Proposed Changes to the WBA Bylaws will take place prior to and on the day of the Annual Meeting.
