I just wanted to send a reminder that the In-House Counsel Committee is hosting a lunch and learn virtual event on Immigration Law this coming Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 12:30 PM. This event will be hosted by Ellen Sullivan and Sara Trefethen of Cambridge Immigration Law. Attorneys Sullivan and Trefethen will break immigration down into four main categories (temporary visas; family-based visas; employment-based visas; and humanitarian relief) and alert you to red-flags that cannot be overlooked when assessing a noncitizen's legal status and options in the US.
