Sangria party and Welcome

Hey guys
In case you guys have been out of the loop, I am your new social chair
and we're gonna rock the social scene this year.
Since Gamze hasn't run any events this semester I'm gonna try and
change that. First order of business; we have a sangria party to run
this saturday/friday i've emailed to board to see which is better.
I would really appreciate suggestions or help finding a room to host
it in, I'm thinking for the first party back something down by the
river is probably better. I've got $100 to play with I haven't run a
party on a budget before but if you guys know what I need to spend
money on please remind me if im missing anything:

cups
wine & ginger ale & sugar & oranges/apples (ingredients for sangria)
1 handle vodka as backup
dignity
Gamze's mother

we're also gonna have to make a trader joes run at some point to get
all the wine. Does anyone currently have one of those 20% off coupons
for CVS? That might come in handy when buying ginger ale and im gonna
need some help carrying those to the party for setup, im thinking
start it at 10?

So far Zochowski has a tentative yes to his room on friday but ive got
nothing for saturday if that turns out its the more favored choice

also does anyone have large jugs (containers not american slang for
breasts) or other similar devices to steal juice/ginger ale from the
dhalls so we don't have to buy as much?
