About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Backend Developer who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate is deeply skilled in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with strong DevOps exposure—especially in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Architect and implement microservices-based applications ensuring scalability and performance.
Develop APIs and integrate with internal and external systems securely and efficiently.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of professional backend development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous processing, and concurrency.
Proven hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Solid experience with CI/CD, Git, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Deep understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and best practices in coding and testing.
Good to Have
Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Understanding of security practices in distributed systems.
