Hello!
This is due to how Docker works and due to how you stop/start your Docker deployment.
Normally if you stop and start your Wazuh containers, you shouldn't present any issues. But in case you run docker-compose up again, Docker will insert the default Wazuh configuration file provided in our repository for Docker.
In case you wanted to make your configurations persistent, you would need to save your configurations in the wazuh_manager.conf file for Single node deployment or in wazuh_manager.conf and wazuh_worker.conf files for Multi node deployment. This will make docker insert your configured Wazuh config file/s.
