Scheduling reports

Hello Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

My company and I have been using Wazuh for approximately four months, and overall, the experience has been very positive. We are now looking to implement scheduled reporting across various modules, including IT Hygiene, File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), and Vulnerability Detection.

We have already configured and successfully tested the SMTP email settings, and email notifications are functioning as expected. However, we would appreciate your guidance on how to properly set up and automate scheduled reports for the different sections mentioned above.

For your reference, we are currently running Wazuh version 4.14.0 in an all-in-one server configuration.

Please let us know if any additional information is required from our side. We would greatly appreciate your support and guidance on this matter.

Hello Ali,

As of now, the supported means for this is via downloading the reports manually from the dashboards you have mentioned. However, you can check out this alternative means using OpenSearch reporting CLI which would allow you to automatically generate and send custom dashboard PDF reports via emails.

This means you have to create a custom dashboard to mirror your requirements; that way, it can be exported/automated as a report and sent via email when needed.
