Error install ova

Hello everyone,

I have an error in the installation of the image ova centos and wazuh, I asked for a username and password, but those who deliver the documentation do not work

I am use this text

1. Import the OVA in your virtualization platform and run the virtual machine. The root password is “wazuh” and the username/password for the Wazuh API is “foo/bar”.

Any ideas?

Hello Felipe,

I just tried the OVA and I could log in successfully.

On the login field, type the user "root", and on the password field, type "wazuh" (without quotes).

Also, restart the wazuh-manager and wazuh-api services:

systemctl restart wazuh-manager
systemctl restart wazuh-api

Try this API call to check if the API is properly active:

curl -u foo:bar localhost:55000?pretty

Let me know if everything works fine now.

Hello again Felipe,

By "graphic form" do you mean using the Kibana interface?

In that case, make sure to change the OVA's network settings to use a bridged network adapter and open the Kibana interface on a web browser with the following URL: http://<OVA_IP>:5601
