Email configuration

Hi Team,

I am unable to configure email alerts.

I read the document as well but was unable to understand in which parameter what we have to put.

Also, let me know apart from this Anything else I need to change because in I am confused to see documents.

Hello,

I have noticed a couple of mistakes in the configuration you have shared.

First of all you need to set the tag email_notification to yes. Also, email_to and email_from must be a valid email email address, setting it to localhost is incorrect. And finally the make sure the smtp server you are using is correctly configured check this documentation about how to configure postfix as an smtp server for Wazuh:
