Capture network Traffic by Wireshark/Network Tap system

Hi everyone. 

I would like to capture Network traffic by Wireshark, I configured  my router and I connected devices over Wi-Fi and cable but unfortunately, I could not capture any traffic. 

I already read about it and I found some studies recommended me to connect it through switch or Network Tap. 

Please, anyone could help me
