wazuh dashboard is not opening

Hi,

 

we are unable to open the wazuh dashboard and we are getting the following error in  wazuhapp.log and  journalctl -u wazuh-dashboard

Hi,

Can you share with me the versions of Wazuh and its components? Additionally, the error that you mentioned is a connection refused to the Wazuh API.

Manager: /var/ossec/bin/wazuh-control info

Indexer and dashboard: yum list installed (in redhat based OS for example)

Check that you do not have a firewall that might be interfering with the connection, you can temporally disable it to enable the services to open the necessary ports, also, you can check that no other service is taking up the port but this could be seen from the log so I think it is not the case. Also, you can use incognito mode after making any changes to avoid using cache.
