New OVA install - web access

Set up a new install with the OVA file.  Default SSH access works but default web (admin, admin) does not work.

Thanks for using Wazuh, we will work the issue of the Web interface together.

• First, I would like to know what steps you took to install wazuh, did you follow this guide? https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/virtual-machine/virtual-machine.html 
• Is Wazuh showing any error when you enter the default user and password in the Web interface? Please, provide a screenshot

- Username: admin

- Password: admin

You are right, in the latest OVA v4.3.4 the default credentials Username: admin, Password: admin are not working, 

I will investigate this and provide an update as soon as I have one available

I did go back to v4.2 and everything worked fine.  Just glad it wasn't me.

It is a known issue, the team in working on a fix.

Glad that you worked around the issue.

Also, you can download the v4.3.3 since it is now in the documentation

If your not able to login in Wazuh Web UI using Username and Password: admin, admin, then please reset the password using the following command:- /usr/share/wazuh-indexer/plugins/opensearch-security/tools/wazuh-passwords-tool.sh -u wazuh -p ********

The OVA file is fixed, you can download the latest .ova wazuh version 4.3.4 and the username and password is going to be admin. https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/virtual-machine/virtual-machine.html
