Hi,

i am trying to install Wazuh agent on a VM from a different subnet. The VM is able to telnet Wazuh to 1514 and 1515 but after installing the agent it doesn't seem to get registered.

The following error appears:

2023/07/05 10:20:07 wazuh-agentd: INFO: Requesting a key from server: 10.10.148.54

2023/07/05 10:20:09 wazuh-agentd: ERROR: SSL error (5). Connection refused by the manager. Maybe the port specified is incorrect.

Wazuh Docker multi-node v4.4.4

For further context, i have installed a new agent on Windows 10 and it seems to work, but for some reason on Centos and Ubuntu it doesn't.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the information provided. your issue might be related to this issue https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh/issues/8786 which has been fixed. Please hold on while i check further.

The issue still appears though so i don't think it's related.

It apparently was Firewall fault. The communication was allowed with IDS but apparently on Stormshield is necessary to put FW for some reason.
