I have a Raspberry Pi in which I want to perform some tests, one of these tests is to install a Wazuh manager, is it possible to perform this installation and that the operation of the software will be ideal?

Thanks a lot!!

Dear James,

Thank you for using Wazuh!

Since Raspberry Pi is based on ARM architecture, you should be able to install the Wazuh manager on the node which is supported. You can make use of the pre-compiled packages as highlighted in the official documentation or you can install from sources.

Also note that the Wazuh dashboard and Wazuh indexer are not supported on systems with ARM architecture. We are currently working on this and this is the thread to the issue: Github issue #1637.

I hope this provided clarity. Do not hesitate to reach out to us again incase you have any other query.

Best Regards.

Hi there

I'm keen to run Wazuh on a Raspberry Pi5, but reading the above note suggests this would be limited to just the Wazuh Manager. This being the case, is a Manager only deployment any use without an Indexer and Dashboard?

Looking forward to when Pi5 is fully supported, either Debian 12 or Ubuntu Server LTS. I've deployed and used various enterprise SIEMs and EDRs, and looking forward to trialing Wazuh on my home/lab network to see how it compares.

Thanks
