command "systemctl status wazuh-indexer"

then i run command "systemclt start wazuh-indexer"

Hello ibnu, can you tell me what version of the OVA you are using, and what steps you followed after installing it?

Also, share the logs of wazuh indexer:

cat /var/log/wazuh-indexer/wazuh-cluster.log

I tried to reproduce the error but I couldn't, can you tell me what steps you followed after starting the OVA?

Also check the logs of the journalctl -xe

Did you modify the hardware parameters of the OVA?

The recommended hardware requirements for OVA are as follows: https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/virtual-machine/virtual-machine.html#hardware-requirements

This is a common issues even in AIO and distributed deployments I've found.  It's related to I/O on the hardware and the Indexer not starting.  I generally stop the Dashboard and Manager, restart the Indexer, wait 3 minutes, start the Dashboard, start the Manager.  I've opened up a few tickets here, but no one has given me a great answer to it.

Hope this helps.
