Monitoring Docker Container applications on Amazon ECS

Hello, 

We have a Wazuh manager running on a seperate VPS (Linode). We want to monitor docker applications deployed using Amazon ECS. I understand that Wazuh does have indeed the capability to monitor docker environment through the documentation available. My question is that how can i install the Agents while those docker containers are only app containers and they are not full oprating systems images. What's the solution here? should we install the agents on the hosts running those docker containers?
