Wazuh Agent Remote Upgrade

Hi Community,

I tried upgrading wazuh agents using Wazuh Manager's Remote Upgrade feature. I followed the steps mentioned in the documents https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/user-manual/agents/remote-upgrading/upgrading-agent.html 

but the manager took hell lot of time but did not upgrade the agent.

Is there anything that I am missing or if there's any other way to upgrade the agents.

Target version:

The manager is the one who downloads the WPK from the internet, so he needs internet access to then shares this WPK with the agents.

Check connectivity from agents to manager to port 55000

Another thing that can affect this process is a latency issue in the connection between the agent and the manager, can you validate the speed of the connection between them?
