Should we or can we install wazuh agent on every machine in wazuh cluster?

Hi dear community,

Can we install or should we install wazuh agent on wazuh master and wazuh worker, Kibana and elasticsearch server or nodes ?

Hi.
The Wazuh Manager includes an embedded agent, so, you should not install the Agent on the Manager nodes.
Regarding the Elastic and Kibana nodes, you can install the Agent in order to monitor them.

Greetings!

Is there any way wherein we monitor Wazuh cluster components like Wazuh server, indexer & dashboard?

Especially indexer's indices, shards & their integrity.

Apologies if my question sounds lame but I am completely new to Wazuh. Thanks!
