Hello.

Let’s try some alternatives to try to solve the problem: first, try restarting wazuh-manager (use for example: systemctl restart wazuh-manager). After that try to access the dashboard again. If this does not work, try deleting the browser cache and cookies related to Wazuh, as this may speed up the API update process.
You may also want to check the logs for errors to help find the root cause of the problem. Please check the /var/ossec/logs/api.log file for errors and if so, send them to me.

Hello.

In order to help you, I need more information:

- What steps have you followed to get this error?
- Can you tell us if you made any changes in the configuration before these messages appeared?
- What version of Wazuh are you running on the manager node and the Windows agents?
- Do you have the Wazuh cluster enabled?
- Can you attach the output of the following commands?
  •  cat /var/ossec/logs/api.log
  •  cat  /usr/share/wazuh-dashboard/data/wazuh/logs/wazuhapp.log
Also, I have some recommendations that may help you: please check the connectivity between your Dashboard and your Manager (review open ports, connectivity, etc.). Check that you have enough disk space. Sometimes, the timeout can be caused by a resource problem.
