Cannot connect to queue/db/wdb: Connection refused (111)

Hi wazuh team,

After upgrading cluster to version 4.1 we start receiving following errors in the logs:
agent_control: ERROR: Cannot connect to queue/db/wdb: Connection refused (111)
Please advice how it could be fixed.

Hello ! 

It seems that the agent_control tool can't connect with the Wazuh-DB daemon. We can verify its state with these commands
  • /var/ossec/bin/ossec-control status
  • systemctl status wazuh-manager or  service wazuh-manager status (depending on your system)
Any related information to this error may be found in the log. Can you please upload your /var/ossec/logs/ossec.log  file ? 
The configuration file is important too, can you share the /var/ossec/etc/ossec.conf configuration file ?

Also, did this happen right after the upgrade? Does it happen again if you restart the Wazuh manager? 
What is your OS and previous Wazuh version? 

If the daemon can't start properly, a permission issue may be the cause. Did the upgrade process involved any manual operation?
