If you are asking about forwarding alerts triggered in Wazuh to an n8n instance running on a different server, yes, this is supported.

You can forward Wazuh alert logs to n8n by using the Wazuh integration module. Once the <integration> is configured on the Wazuh Manager, any alert that matches the defined conditions will be sent as a JSON payload to n8n through a webhook.

I have already implemented a similar setup a few weeks ago, where specific Wazuh alerts were forwarded to n8n to trigger automated workflows. For this setup, I followed the Wazuh custom integration documentation to configure alert forwarding to n8n. There is also separate documentation available specifically for the Wazuh and n8n integration.
