Hello.

I'm experiencing some issues when I boot the OVA of Wazuh 4.3.5 (I've had the same issue using v 4.3.10). I'm using VMware Workstation 16.2.4.

Resources to the VM:
16GB RAM
8 Cores
50 GB HD

First of all, it is very slow to boot up even the amount of resources given. After it's possible to login, I do a 'systemctl status' which shows a degraded state:

If I do a 'systemctl' it shows some wazuh services (and others) with failed status:

Most of the time I can start the manager.service manually, but for the indexer I'm not successful:

Since the process can't complete successfuly I'm not able to access the web console to go further with the integrations of my test environment.

Any hint on what can I do to solve this issue?

Best regards,

C G

Hi Candido, to better understand where your problem may be coming from, ¿could you send the output of command 'journalctl -r -u wazuh-indexer -l', as well as the log files /var/log/wazuh-install.log and /var/log/wazuh-indexer/wazuh-cluster.log?
