Wazuh API Status Offline Error after upgrades

Hi All, 

I've been getting an error when it comes to my Wazuh setup after installing upgrades from 4.12 to 4.13

When checking via the Server API section on the dashboard, it says that the 2 other Wazuh Servers are offline but checking via Cluster control on CLI or even checking the cluster it is up.

Attached is an error log generated.

Also, system context:
Wazuh Server Cluster and Indexer cluster is set

Hello Max,

To fix this, you can verify that the Wazuh server API port 55000 is opened on all 3 Wazuh server nodes.
If it is not, you can proceed to open port 55000, then restart the Wazuh manager service using:
 
sudo systemctl restart wazuh-manager

Hi Samson,

Sadly, that did not help with the troubleshooting or fixed the problem.

ports 55000 are open on each node and each node has connectivity to each other.

The cluster is working properly on the backend but on the dashboard, I have no clue why it has that error.

Would there be any other ways of checking as to why this error occurs?

Hello Max,

Please restart your Wazuh dashboard service using:

sudo systemctl restart wazuh-dashboard

This should reset the Wazuh dashboard connection to the Wazuh server API. If the issue persists, please share the log from /var/ossec/log/ossec.log.

Also, please confirm if you were experiencing this issue before or after the upgrade.
