wazuh and apache2 logs

HI  I try to add apache2 logs to wazuh

configuration 

<localfile>
    <log_format>syslog</log_format>
    <location>/var/log/httpd/access_log</location>
  </localfile>

is already in configuration . What  I have to do view events ?

I add also 

 <global>
    <jsonout_output>yes</jsonout_output>
    <alerts_log>yes</alerts_log>
    <logall>yes</logall>
  </global>
in   ossec.conf
