Custom logo in wazuh

Hi Team,

Is this possible to set custom logo for each agent group? If it's possible what tis the process?

Please help me work on this case.

Hope you are doing well and thank you for using wazuh.

The Wazuh dashboard white-labeling (custom branding/custom log) feature allows you only to replace the following elements with custom ones.

• Logos in the Wazuh dashboard.
• Logo, header, and footer in PDF reports.

To use your logos in the Wazuh dashboard, click on the App main logo and go to Settings > Configuration. Under the Custom branding section, set up the following properties:
customization.logo.app. This property sets the App main logo image. It has a size limit of 1 MB. It replaces the logo image in the Wazuh main menu located top left. Recommended size: 300 pixels width, 70 pixels height. See #1 in the image below.
customization.logo.healthcheck. This property sets the Health check logo image. It has a size limit of 1 MB. It replaces the logo on top of the check list displayed during the health check routine. Recommended size: 300 pixels width, 70 pixels height. See #2 in the image below.
customization.logo.sidebar. This property sets the Navigation drawer logo image. It has a size limit of 1 MB. It replaces the left navigation menu logo image. Recommended size: 80 pixels width, 80 pixels height. See #3 in the image below.

So the custom log feature works wazuh dashboard and Logo, header, and footer in PDF reports. There is no official document for wazuh-agent group logo. I would suggest you consider submitting a feature request in the Wazuh repository https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-dashboard-plugins/issues/new/choose

My requirement is to have a separate logo for each agent group. For instance, I have two agent groups, Group-A and Group-B. I have created separate users, User-A and User-B, for each group based on this document https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/user-manual/user-administration/rbac.html#use-case-give-a-user-permissions-to-read-and-manage-a-group-of-agents. Now, when we log in with User-A credentials, I expect to see a distinct logo for this dashboard, as well as in all other areas where logos are typically displayed."

The Wazuh documentation describes Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage user permissions, allowing different users to have varying levels of access to the Wazuh dashboard. While RBAC provides control over what features users can access, the customization options provided for the dashboard's appearance, such as logos, are designed to be global settings applied to the entire dashboard.
In other words, the current customization features provided by Wazuh's custom branding functionality do not extend to allowing distinct logos for individual users or user groups. The custom branding settings are designed for system-wide configurations, and they don't have the granularity to set different logos for different users or groups based on RBAC. As you can see in GIF below if log in with any user credential we will show the same custom log
So the custom log feature works wazuh the dashboard (main app log) and Logo, header, and footer in PDF reports. There is no official document for the wazuh-agent group logo, to achieve that you can create a custom script at your end. I would suggest you consider submitting a feature request in the Wazuh repository https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-dashboard-plugins/issues/new/choose
