osTicket integration with Wazuh

Hi ,

I' am using wazuh version 4.4.5, Kindly suggest me steps on :

                     How to integrate osTicket with wazuh??

I generated API in osticket and even changed ossec.conf file with API inputs in integration block.

But the issue is i was missing integration file of osTicket , so kindly suggest me on it....

Hi Ganesh,

In this documentation, you will find the steps to integrating Wazuh with an external API.

Judging from your message, I believe you have followed these steps. However, you still need to write an integration script to handle the API requests and generate the relevant alerts.
