It looks like your OS have some incompatible packages.

What OS and version are you using?

Is it possible that you are adding an ~ character to the command?

It should be:

• sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oisf/suricata-stable

Looks like you have broken packages, try fixing them with:

• sudo apt-get update --fix-missing

Can't install liblzma-dev

Try installing this version of liblzma-dev:

• sudo apt-get install liblzma-dev=5.2.4-1ubuntu1.1

And after that, install suricata
